So if business is quieter with projects and accounts of if you clients are away, how can you use the summer to project planning to set you up for a potentially less stressful Q4?
Some things you are can do are:
- Look on your strategic planning. Do some brainstorming or auditing and then start strategising and planning
- Get started or get ahead of client projects and accounts where you can eg start research, set up kick off meetings, review your calendar and schedule in milestones
- Look at your capacity and cash flow to make sure you have enough resource for the busy period coming up
- Planning for Q4 – help clients clients gear up ahead of the rush too by giving them advance notice of the upcoming milestones
