How was 2024?
I know we have just hit December, but can I ask you how has 2024 been so far for you and the business? Plain sailing, full of hurdles or a bit of both? You are not alone and now is the time to reflect
This year has been tricky for a few to start off with, with long lead times, lengthened sales processes and decision making going slower than we’d like plus a bit of ghosting here and there. But then the Summer and post Summer months seem to have flown and taken off. Is this sounding vaguely familiar for you and your business?
If your year to date has been a 9 or 10 out of 10 – then fabulous, good for year, good luck pushing on in the remaining quarter, and enjoy putting your feet up over the Christmas break and I shall take up no more of your time!
If the year has been a rollercoaster 5 to 8 out of 10 type of year – then that’s not bad at all and clearly some things are working out for the business and some areas are going well. Is Marketing one of those excelling areas? If not, perhaps you might want to consider an audit going into December for 2025. We have a couple of slots left next month for these https://pinpointmarketingconsultancy.co.uk/marketing-packages/marketing-audit/
If 2024 has been a 0 to 4 out of 10 kind of year – then I am sorry to hear that, but know you are not alone in this situation and can we help by offering a free no obligation discovery call to chat through your challenges and make suggestions and recommendations that may help (not just on what Pinpoint can do but on business/sales/lead gen aspects as well or make intros to out network if they can support to). You are welcome to book in for a free call in December whilst we still have slots available https://pinpointmarketingconsultancy.co.uk/marketing-packages/discovery-call/
What are you leaving behind from 2024?
What hasn’t flown as you had hoped it did within your business?
Perhaps a tricky or problematic customer or supplier that hasn’t served the business well.
Or perhaps your antiquated and non automated processes are holding you back and taking too much time/distracting you from other aspects of your business?
Perhaps it is a marketing channel that isn’t generating you leads as it did or should? Marketing isn’t a tick box so don’t market to certain channels just for the sake of it.
“We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” – Walt Disney
What are you bringing into 2025?
What has worked for you and the business that you want to bring over into 2025?
This might be a new process, system, app or a piece of tech?
Or it might a new type of client that is working well, proving fruitful and profitable, that you want to continue to service and grow?
Or it could be a new niche or market that you have started working in that you are enjoying and benefitting from sales wise too?
Or it could a lead source, asking for more referrals and much more.
As Henry Ford said – “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”
